Something seems to have happened as Sony Ericsson today removed the Windows short cut key on the front of the X1 photos. If you compare photos of the phone before and the phone photos today, you’ll notice that the key is now blank. Check the detail here:
It seems like all photos with the exception of the press photos have been edited. I’ll try to get a comment on this. Check out the XPERIA mini-site to see for yourself!

This is very very interesting. I wouldve thought otherwise if they were just snaps of a display model at Cebit. But its THE Xperia X1 advert site thats been changed. I wonder what this means for the X1. Could it be that SE want to completely shell WM6.1? Could it be that SE arent going to use WM in the end? (Very much doubt the latter but I certainly hope thats the case!). Most likely case could be that they just want a different shortcut there, only they havent decided (or havent let us know) what that is yet.

Very nice approach by SE. now i really wanted to see the rest of the UIs inside the OS. given the fact that SE is really inclined to very cool looking UIs. i’m sure X1 UI will shine as well

Just checked my pic’s made at CeBIT today, there isn’t a WM logo either.

Sony Ericsson believe me rocking in 2008 most of people saying that in 2010 only sony ericsson is on the top because they are going extremely good with a rapid pace….Sony ericsson X1 Xeperia will be the biggest achievement of the sony ericsson and i am seeing that people are really crazy for this device because of its artistic look and powerful specs an wonderful function…..i expect maximum business from this device…….let see what will be there after release this device..
