Video: Comparing the C901 and C903 camera flash performance

Here’s a quick video showing the main differences between a proper xenon flash on the C901 and the rather crappy LED flash on the C903 - and it of course also shows how superior the C901 is when it comes to image quality. Enjoy! :-)

Hi…I noticed that you’ve completed 20% of your SE W995 review..I know many will look forward to it..including myself..but I was wondering, why do a review now when the phone has not reached its final retail version ? There’s still no final unit is there, as it’s expected to release in Q2.

  3. Michell says:

    Jack,
Because we can. And because we’re going to update the review with our impressions of the retail unit once it gets available.

I assume Mizzle will state in the review that it is not the final version, and is only a prototype, so nobody will mistake it for the retail version. :)

  5. Jack says:

Oh I see..Thanks for the clarification. I really look forward to the review:)

  6. Michell says:

Yep, will of course make sure to tell people that it’s not a final version and that a lot of stuff will change in the retail version. As said, we’ll edit the review when the final unit gets available. That’s what sets us apart from certain other sites :)

i do appreciate c901’s xenon flash and its night shot ability,
    but i also appreciate c903’s outlook…
led flash doesn’t sound that bad, right?

The retail will blow not only C903 out of the water, it will blow c905 back to the 16 Century….
