I doubt this one will use Android.  The UI doesn't rotate so they could easily use their existing native SE platform with hardly any changes. Thus I think the design seems reasonable enough. It elegantly does away with the need to rotate the UI. With a bit of practice one could probably both wring open and thumb-type a bit singlehandedly. The front camera sitting on the keyboard rather than the display suggests this thing could be real. In fantasy land you reasonably wouldn't put it there, while in reality - where you need little things like wiring and internal space - you just might.
