Loading ...There’s no questioning - 17th is the date!
As reported earlier on, the announcement date of the next announcement is the 17th of June, and today an offical press invite was leaked on Mobile Phone Helpdesk. It reveals that the announcement will happen in Amsterdam (what happened to CommunicAsia?) at 12.30 AM.
I like how the header says “I (SE) reaching new heights” - and also the ferris wheel near the bottom of the invite! Get it?

hmm… i’m not not sure if understand the _deeper_ meaning of the expression “…reaching new heights”. neither did i “get” the symbolism of the ferris wheel.
does this mean that SE’s new devices will be tall?! :-p

There are quite a few countries in which a ferris wheel is called something with “paris” - i.e. in Denmark it’s called a “pariserhjul”.

Still, I’m actually not sure how to interpret your last paragraph in the blog entry; “I like how the header says… Get it?”
Yeah, surely “Paris” will be announced (whichever device she might be - yes, we have a fairly good idea as to [i]what[/i] kind that is =), but I was just getting curious as to whether or not SE might have something [i]else[/i] up their sleeve at the upcoming event (like what happened with Xperia X1 in BCN)?!

Hey guys,
I have the same invitation. It says, in short, that there will be some new devices and accessoires introduced on 17 June. Further on it states that you (invitee) will have the chance to play with the new phones and stuff and that they (Sony Ericsson) will provide Lunch. That, together with an email adress where you can sign in for this event, is about it.
