They dropped Symbian platform a while ago along with Motorola, so right now it comes down to Windows Mobile and Android. Since Android phone from SE won't be out for a while, it will have to be Windows Mobile. I don't think SE will stab itself in the toe and comeout with UIQ phones again and again while they announce that they stopped going with Symbian.
