Having taught us how to make calls on the X10, Sony Ericsson have now put together a couple more tutorials, this time showing messaging and Timescape on the device.

You probably didn’t think you needed telling how to make calls but Sony Ericsson thought they’d provide a tutorial anyway. Seeing as we like to see as much as possible regarding the X10’s progress we thought it was worth a look so here you go:

A nice promotional video from Sony Ericsson here and it shows off the handset a lot more than some other recent promos we’ve seen. The X10 looks rather large to me in this video to be honest but maybe the lady holding it just has small hands….

Never mind that Kurara, here’s more of what’s REALLY interesting from Sony Ericsson…the X10. This is another hands-on video showing a prototype X10 which is still rather laggy though perhaps performing better than that shown to engadget.
We can only hope that the final versions will run as smooth as silk like the concept videos promise.

That’s right, folks, this is the first time ever we get a glimpse of the 3D flashiness that is the UI of Sony Ericsson’s forthcoming Android superphone, codenamed “Rachael”. It seems the generic Android interface has been completely revamped – and for the better, me thinks!

Remember those fantastic live shots of Sony Ericsson’s new flagship phone, namely the Idou? The ones from Mobile@mail. Well, they’ve shot a video as well, showcasing Idou’s dimension and comparing it with the Nokia 5800. What’s more is that they’ve also captured parts of the interface in action, including the media menu, photo gallery and camera. The animations are smooth and flashy, while the responsiveness of touchscreen seems to be rivaled only by that of the iPhone. Good job, SE.
