Presenting USEB v3 *beta*
We’ve got a nice little feature in the footer here at the blog that shows the current theme version. It has been saying v2.55 for quite some time now, but not anymore! From now on it should said v3.00(b), as I’ve just activated our updated and greatly improved theme. It is still not a finished version, and I am hoping you’ll report any bugs or missing features. I promise I’ll keep updating the theme!

I’m also looking into setting up a mobile version of the blog that’ll be even lighter on the data transfers for all our mobile phone users.

Michell: Now this looks excellent. It now looks very modern, well thought out and beautifully designed. I love the grey/orange colour scheme. Well done.
clean design! but i was hoping to see more orange than grey =p
nice new design, i like it a lot.:-) but if i may make a suggestion… i found that on the bottom of the page, there are no more links to the old topics… could you pls bring them back so navigating would be easier… keep up the nice work.

I like this much more… really nice, simple, and clean. But yeah I would like to see a little more orange… if let’s say your top part is a gradient orange with your logo in gray with a reflection, it will look really nice =)

Too much grey and the navigational links at the top look boring as well.

I like that design better than the previous one. Its pretty simple and clean. But your html and css is not valid as you stated

I can however see that this page is invalid. It seems like the posts and a few plugins are the ones behind it. Strange.
The xHTML source codes are fully valid, and the CSS is also CSS 3 validated, with the exception of one single line, that I simply cannot understand. It’s a specific line for Firefox
it’s much better for the first time the look on this site actually looks modern
I like the overall design, looks much better. The top navigation buttons seem a little unfinished though - and I kind of prefer the new useb|de logo;s font and texture. Could be a little bit more colorful, too? USEB was one of the few blogs that could pull of using such a bright color so well.
