The X10 is almost upon us … just a few short days to go! I thought it might be fun to speculate on what Sony Ericsson might use as their advertising slogan for this device. It’s probably the most exciting Sony Ericsson handset for … well I can’t really remember the last time I was as excited about a Sony Ericsson device. A few suggestions:
“The Sony Ericsson X10 … Trade In Your First Born For It”
“The X10 … Kicking iPhone Ass Since 2010″
“The New X10 … Digital Viagra”
“The Sony Ericsson X10 … Something This Good Should Be Illegal”
Android 1.6 (Donut) added support for gestures but to date this has been hardly used by manufacturers or developers but we may be about to see something new from Motorola which makes big use of it.
The “Motus” was spotted on a Motorola roadmap a few weeks ago and was expected to be a device similar to the CLIQ/DEXT, however, new information suggests this device my be a little different with a feature know as a “reverse flip keyboard”.
Taylor Wimberly over at Android and Me did a little digging and found out a few things including that Motus is latin for gesture (well, actually motion or movement according to my research but it’s the right idea) so let’s see how the Motorola Motus turns out.

You remember that video of Rachael’s UI that we posted a few months ago? Well today another video showing off more of Rachael’s UI has popped up on YouTube. It’s a pretty sweet look and what looks to be a pretty sweet UI, and with the official announcement mere days away the whole Rachael/X10 circus is now firmly in town and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves!
The chaps over at Mobile-Burn have posted up a video of Pureness being unboxed. Not everyone’s cup of tea and the artsy hoo-ha Sony Ericsson have tried to create around it is a bit cheesy, but the video is well worth a look.
Could Rachael become any more exciting? Yes! Here we have a teaser video for the forthcoming handset, tentatively dubbed the X10. It only adds to the hype that is starting to build up around Sony Ericsson’s first Android handset. Roll on Tuesday!
