A series of pictures of the upcoming Kate Fillipa were leaked at CellPhoneSail just recently. This time, they’re not blurry and shows some nice details. Kate Fillipa is the successor of the K770. Its features include a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and a xenon flash, HSDPA, quad-band GSM and the A2 software platform.

this phone actually looks a little like the N79 from the front, oh well its definitely nicer then the then the C902 and the screen seems to be a bit bigger this is what the C902 SHOULD have been

new info from cellphonesail said this device codename is actuaaly ‘filippa’, ‘kate’ is for 3G phone that bundled with 3.2MP & LED flash.
Kate is a middle-end phone, I don’t think this is Kate due to there is a 5Mega auto focus camera.
So are there any guarantees this model will make it into commercial production?
As has been mentioned elsewhere, SE are in the habit of announcing and then cancelling phone models for the fun of it.
How many phones have they announced and then cancelled?
lol, alot this phone i quite interesting i say this because you cant tell thats a xenon flash that thing in huge and then lens cover is very smart my main concern is i hope SE doesnt go and use THE SAME camera lens from the K850. Heres sony’s chance to use something new and get recognized for it dont let us down SE!

i think the screen size is a plus plus compared to c902…looks bigger here…i hope it’s bigger..

Filippa isn’t K770’s successor. Kate is K770’s successor.

The Filippa name is referring to the camera and this is cybershot 5MP from SE. It will be out only next year..no kidding since in December the camera will go for mass production.
