Loading ...C905’s little brother - the C903
Remember Frances? That Cyber-shot with a 5MP camera and a slider form factor? Well, according to SEMC blog, it’s going to be announced at MWC (as is the C901 …and some other phones). So, the C903 is basically a 5MP version of the C905 sans Wi-Fi and with a rather intriguing new desgn. All of the cyber-shot goodies are there, including Smile Shutter, BestPic, Face Detection, an active lens cover and aGPS for geotagging. Did I mention the 2.4″ screen?

No info on that, sorry. But, IMO, it’s very likely.

That looks like a xenon flash to me.
They should have included wifi into the specs.Then this phone would have been a killer in every segment. The G705 is quite cheap and also has wifi. Time for those sitting there to rake their brains a bit.
So we have two 5 mps, 1 3 mp and a few copy paste phones up for grabs at MWC + Hikaru. Dissapointing really.
Has anyone heard of the press release of Sony about the 12.25 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor “Exmor(TM)” for Mobile Phones? Well, I recently read it and because of this press release, I can now confirm the materialization of an upcoming 12mp camera phone. I just don’t know if sony ericsson will be the first to launch one but most likely, they will be the one because of Sony.

the exclusion of wifi is disappointing, really. the index is “9″ so that makes it very high as compared to the W705 or G705. Im scratching my head as I m typing this. I say, change the name to like C605 because the features seem THAT mid-end to me

SE is in financial trouble and its just releasing cheap to develop mid-range devices to keep its head above water. Only one high-end device is being scheduled for release and its set to disappoint.
where is the keypad because it is not a slide phone, it is just an odinary candybar and I cannot see a keypad from looking at the book and front of the phone.
