Received this baby a few days ago. It actually feels surprisingly well in your hand, it generally nicer to use than the K660, which is very much alike to the G502. Due to a very tight schedule and high similarity to the K660, I probably won’t do a full-scale review of the G502, but rather a large-scaled preview. While we’re on the subject, the W980 is coming, just have to finish it - again, tight schedule.

The Unwired website has an extensive hands-on video of a pre-production unit of the XPERIA X1. They claim that though the device was still based on the pre-production hardware, the ROM build was way newer, from early september, so it should be a pretty good indication of how the final firmware will be. The 16 minutes long video, among other things, shows that switching from portrait to landscape mode takes far less time than before and also the panels start much faster than before.

Well, if you guessed Rika (or G705 Walkman version), you hit the nail on the head! Rika actually seems rather cool. It’ll be announced next month, and I believe it’ll be available in time for the Christmas sales.

It doesn’t take a genius to know that we’re pretty fond of rumours. Especially when pictures are involved. Just thought we’d share this with you. Can you guess what unannounced phone it is? I’ll give you a rather obvious hint: It’s a Walkman phone. That’s all for now, but hopefully someone will know, and we can post more about it before Sony Ericsson makes it official.
