USEB in partnership with The UIQ Evangelist

The UIQ Evangelist is a great blog about UIQ, which is an operating system I fancy a lot. UIQ Technology is a joint-venture owned by Motorola and Sony Ericsson, and both manufacturers make use of it in their smart phones. My main phone is currently a W960, which runs UIQ.

So, now to the point of this post. I have joined Asri al-Baker, the owner of the site, in posting about the UIQ-sphere and we hope to make it the best UIQ blog ever! So, if you’re interested in UIQ, you should definitely check out the blog. Special gold/pink edition T650

Sony Ericsson will soon be announced a special gold/pink edition T650. It will in fact be 24 carats gold used. All specifications remain the same. I think it looks pretty good, but girly The colour variant is called Precious Gold.

This phone is MENA exclusive (Middle East and North Africa).

W200 coming tomorrow

It appears that I’ve got a few extra money burning in my pocket and what’s better to spend them on than Sony Ericsson phones? So, I found a great deal! An unlocked W200 for about 40 quid The sale starts tomorrow with a limited amount of phones, so I’ll have to be quick in order to get it. Anyhow, I believe it’s a good price for a Walkman phone with memory card, camera and such. I don’t know which colours there are, but I’d like one of the special ones, if possible.

I’m not sure I’m going to be reviewing this phone unless somebody really wants a shall review.

Update! It appears I was too slow, and they were sold out. Damn those long school days! They should have more phones Thursday or Friday, though, but am not sure I want one then.

T650 review published

Admittedly, the T650 is starting to get a bit old, but this was one of the few Sony Ericsson phones I had never tried out, and Sony Ericsson was kind enough to let me try one for some time and I’ve now published the review. It’s not as in-depth going as some of the other reviews on some areas, but more on some other areas. This is mainly because the stuff is much alike other phones and I’m sure you’ve already read the other reviews Have fun with it!
